What’s that you say? It’s Friday again?
Thank. Goodness.
This week has really figured out how to kick me while I was down. (Thanks for that, by the way.)
I refused to let it ruin my spirits though. Instead, I have focused on the little things that brought a smile to my face.
Like a chocolate covered face after a special treat…
Or the way their eyes lit up when we saw the SS United States…
And the amazement found in a new discovery…
So instead of letting things get me down, I soaked up the little things in life.
And held on tightly.
Because really, isn’t that what matters anyway?

Glad it’s almost over. Love the picture of you and L. Your hair is adorable. Love the toes! I would seriously not be able to ever say no to your kids. Ever. With their dreamy eyes and smooshy cheeks, they’d have me wrapped around their little finger.
